New Mamas Club are small group personal training sessions, designed for both pre and postnatal fitness, helping you build strength, regain energy, and connect with other new mums. With expert coaching, each session focuses on safe, effective exercises tailored to your unique journey. Whether you’re preparing for baby or recovering after birth, you’ll feel supported, empowered, and part of a caring community every step of the way. And what’s more, you don’t have to worry about childcare as babies under 2 are welcome too.
