Our Junior Gym classes teach 9-15 year olds a blend of training that cover the fundamentals of strength and boxing skills in a safe, supportive environment. With a focus on technique, fitness, and discipline, your you will build strength, coordination, and confidence — all while having a blast. Led by expert coaches, it’s the perfect way to get active, learn new skills, and be part of a community.
