Blended training to give you an all round workout.

In our our Hybrid classes you will spend approx. 15 minutes on three different sections: 1) Barbell Workout 2) DB/Accessory workouts 3) Workout of the day 

It gives you the perfect opportunity to work on your strength before completing a challenging work out of the day to get your cardio fix.
